Outer Thigh Fat
Outer thigh fat, sometimes referred to as ‘saddlebags’, is a condition that we treat both men and women for, usually for aesthetic reasons. Having excess fat on the outer thighs can dramatically affect how jeans and trousers fit and can give an unshapely appearance to the thigh and buttock areas.
Often this condition is genetically influenced, but like other fat related conditions, ageing, a diet high in sugars, and a sedentary, inactive lifestyle are all likely to contribute to the body adding fat to the outer thighs.
