How does this treatment work?
Profhilo works by stimulating 4 different types of collagen and elastin, through the slow release of hyaluronic acid under the skin’s surface. The cohesive nature of Profhilo means it spreads quickly in both the dermis and epidermis after injection, delivering fast and consistent results, tightening and lifting the skin and improving both skin tone and texture in a short space of time.

What happens during my treatment?
You will be lying down comfortably while treatment takes place. Numbing cream may be applied and 5 small injections will be made to each side of the face. Each treatment session should take no more than 15 minutes.

Will I feel any pain or side-effects?
Usually mild stinging will be felt. Mild post-treatment inflammation may occur.

Who is this treatment suitable for?
This treatment is ideal for anyone aged over 18 wanting to tighten loose, sagging or crepey skin or reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is an excellent alternative treatment to dermal fillers for some patients.
