How does this treatment work?
A successful skin rejuvenation treatment programme is based around initially rejuvenating ageing skin and then ensuring that the improvements made to the skin’s appearance and overall health are both maintained and enhanced with long-term results. Each individual patient’s treatment plan will be different and will be tailored precisely to keeping their skin looking as young, fresh and radiant as possible on an on-going basis.

What happens during my treatment?
You will have a detailed consultation with Dr Sophie and possibly other members of the Illuminate team. Your treatment objectives and the different treatment options available to you will be discussed and from this a personalised treatment plan will be agreed with you and treatment dates diarised.

Will I feel any pain or side effects?
This will depend on the treatments that you are given. Many of our treatments do not involve pain or side effects. Those that do will be discussed in detail with you.
Anaesthetic will always be given when required, usually in the form of a numbing cream or a small injection.
