Milia
Milia are small white bumps (cysts) that can appear as white spots on the face. They are caused by the build-up of tiny amounts of keratin immediately under the epidermis and often appear in groups or small clusters. They are most common on the cheeks, nose and eyelids and can appear on people of all ages. Milia are not dangerous, but many adults choose to have them removed.
