Bra Fat
Bra fat is the fat that protrudes from under the bra on the back or under the arms. It can form unattractive bulges that can be difficult to hide and can change the overall contour of the upper body. Many women choose to try and lose or remove these annoying and stubborn bulges of fat.
Bra fat can form on anyone and at anytime. It is usually caused by ageing, poor diet and lack of exercise. Certain medical or hormonal conditions can also influence the rate at which your body burns calories and creates fat in this and other areas.
