Low Mood
Treatments for changes in mood, West Malling, Maidstone, Kent
Low mood is usually characterised by a lack of enthusiasm, a general feeling of being down and feelings of anxiety. It can be caused by various factors, including hormonal changes in the body, life changes that are causing you stress, or deficiencies in nutrients or minerals. In women over 40, low mood can often be related to the menopause. It may also have accompanying symptoms of weight loss or weight gain, or a general lack of engagement.
We will usually treat this condition with Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy or with intravenous vitamin drips or boosters, depending on the severity of the condition and the symptoms that are apparent.
