Approximately 30 minutes for each in-clinic microneedling treatment and a further 35 minutes for use of ‘at home’ treatment products before and after. A course of treatments will usually be recommended for optimum results.

About this treatment
The décolletage area is particularly vulnerable to UV damage and the effects of ageing, as the skin is thinner on the décolletage which is often not covered by clothing, regularly exposing it to damage from the sun and other elements. It is also often neglected when it comes to both SPF sun protection and daily skincare and is therefore extremely susceptible to premature ageing.
Designed by Dr Sophie, the Décolletage Complexion Fix is a unique 3-step treatment available only at Illuminate Skin Clinic. It combines the use of Peel2Glow, an at home skin peel treatment, with microneedling using AQ growth factors and then finally uses Cyspera Intensive Pigment Corrector and other home use products to stimulate cellular growth, improve skin tone and texture and help boost the natural production of collagen and elastin.
The Décolletage Complexion Fix can be tailored specifically to each patient’s skin condition and can also be used very effectively as a pre-event rejuvenation treatment, leaving the skin radiant, firm and refreshed.
Décolletage Complexion Fix works in 3 simple steps. Firstly, Peel2Glow, an at home peel treatment, is used to remove dead skin, stimulate fibroblasts and target pigmentation. Secondly, we combine microneedling, to refresh the skin and boost its natural production of collagen and elastin, with AQ growth factors to stimulate cellular growth and improve skin tone and texture. This part of the treatment is given in-clinic. Finally, at home use of Cyspera Intensive Pigment Corrector and AQ Active Serum leaves the skin firm, rejuvenated and refreshed.
During microneedling, you will be lying down comfortably in the clinic. A numbing cream will be applied prior to this part of the treatment taking place. The first and third stages of this treatment are easily applied at home.
Some patients may feel mild discomfort during microneedling treatment. Redness or mild swelling may also occur for up to 24 hours following this part of the treatment.
Décolletage Complexion Fix is suitable for anyone over the age of 18 years old, whose décolletage is showing signs of ageing, pigmentation or sun damage.
