She is very passionate about the aesthetics industry and really enjoys keeping up to date with new treatments and products, being a big advocate of aesthetic procedures herself.

Melissa has previously worked in skincare performing facials but has turned her talents to clinic administration, where she can concentrate on what she loves doing most – speaking to patients!

In her role as Patient Care Coordinator, Melissa is responsible for welcoming both new and existing patients to the clinic, ensuring that their patient journey progresses as smoothly as possible and that all our patients are comfortable and well looked after during their time with us. Her administrative responsibilities include checking in with patients post-treatment, making bookings and taking payments. In addition to this, Melissa experiences great joy and satisfaction from speaking with our patients, advising them about their skin concerns and helping them on their journey to restoring confidence.

Melissa is hugely passionate about preventative ageing and skin health and enjoys combining this with her customer service skills by providing excellent advice to both new and existing patients. She knows first-hand what a big decision having treatments can be, so she enjoys talking to patients about what to expect and making them feel as comfortable as possible before their appointment. Melissa has tried and tested many aesthetic treatments and products herself, and she is always very happy to discuss her experiences with patients to help them understand what to expect.

Her favourite treatment is Profhilo, because it’s very subtle, natural and gives you a ‘beautiful glow from within,’ she says.

Outside of work, Melissa loves to travel and experience new places. She also enjoys going to the theatre and socialising with friends.
