Manahara Menezes
Mana joined the Illuminate team in mid-2022, and, as Patient Care Coordinator, she is responsible for supporting our patients throughout their journeys with us. When you arrive for your appointment, you can expect to be greeted by her friendly smile and warm, bubbly personality.
Mana began her career in management and customer service before later training as an aesthetic practitioner after discovering her passion for skin health and results-driven treatments. She worked as an aesthetic practitioner at numerous esteemed clinics for several years before finding her way to Illuminate, where she now combines her two passions – customer service and aesthetics.
With years of first-class customer service experience under her belt, as well as years of experience in the aesthetics profession, Mana is on hand to provide a gold-standard service tailored to each patient, ensuring a comfortable, seamless, and well-informed experience. She is responsible for welcoming new and existing clients to the clinic, ensuring that their patient journey progresses as smoothly as possible and that all our patients are always comfortable and well looked after when in-clinic. Her administrative responsibilities include making patient bookings, taking payments, and arranging post-treatment follow-up and reviews.
Mana is passionate about maintaining the clinic’s high standards by delivering exemplary customer care. She enjoys building relationships with our patients and takes great pride in supporting them throughout each step of their journey with us. With her knowledge and expertise of skin health and the treatments that we offer, Mana also enjoys educating patients about the various treatment options and the possibilities that can be achieved.
In her spare time, Mana loves cooking Michelin-starred recipes for her family, discovering new wines and spending time her three mischievous cats, Michael Jackson, Sophia Loren and Johnny Cash.
