Georgia joined the team at Illuminate with a strong background in customer service, having worked in a number of front-of-house roles where she quickly gained responsibility and built trusted relationships with clients. Her first introduction to the aesthetics industry was at a skin and laser clinic local to Maidstone, where she discovered her passion for the world of skin health and advanced treatments. Although that clinic later closed, the experience confirmed for Georgia that aesthetics was where she truly belonged.

At Illuminate, Georgia’s role involves opening the clinic each day and ensuring everything is in place for a seamless patient experience. She is responsible for managing Dr Ru’s diary and co-ordinating appointments and communications so that both patients and practitioners are fully supported. She enjoys getting to know patients personally and being a consistent and friendly point of contact throughout their treatment journeys.

Georgia is passionate about skin health and is especially interested in learning more about skin and aesthetic treatments. She feels inspired to work within such a knowledgeable and supportive team of women and is enjoying expanding her expertise each day.

Having recently taken part in the Profound Matrix clinical trial, her first aesthetic treatment, Georgia was delighted with the skin-brightening and contouring results, and it has quickly become her favourite. She’s also keen to explore non-invasive treatments such as Emface, aligning with her holistic approach to health and belief that wellbeing begins from within.

Outside of work, Georgia spends most of her time outdoors with her three Lurcher Crosses, enjoying long countryside hikes. She has a deep interest in herbalism and natural wellness, and loves to bake – her sweet potato brownies are a favourite! When she’s not out walking or experimenting in the kitchen, she enjoys visiting local farmers markets and heading into London for day trips with friends.
