Patient Care Coordinator
Eve started her career in beauty, gaining her Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification before working as a Spa Therapist for 3 years. Her natural ability with people and look after customers saw her move to front-of-house where she worked for 4 years, before making the move into aesthetics as front-of-house supervisor for a respected Tunbridge Wells clinic. A promotion to practice manager then gave her invaluable broader business experience and responsibility. In her role as Patient Care Coordinator at Illuminate, Eve is back doing what she loves most – dealing with people! She handles all new customer enquires and is responsible for welcoming new and existing clients to the clinic, ensuring that their patient journey progresses as smoothly as possible, and that all our patients are always comfortable and well looked after when in-clinic. Her administrative responsibilities include making patient bookings, taking payments and arranging post treatment follow-up and reviews.
Having worked in beauty and aesthetics for most of her career, Eve is passionate about the industry and the difference that expert treatment programmes can make to a patient’s overall wellbeing. She has a particular passion for dermal fillers, having seen first hand the difference that can make and the instant results that they can deliver.
Eve’s time outside of work revolves very much around her family and she loves going
to the theatre in London when time allows.
