Emma Nye, Level 3 Beauty Therapy
Emma joined the Illuminate team in 2018, having spent the previous 5 years working as a practitioner for a leading London aesthetics clinic. Prior to this she studied beauty therapy at the London College of Beauty.
As Front of House Supervisor Emma’s role is to make sure that each and every customer is welcomed and perfectly looked after throughout their treatment programme. She is also responsible for much of the clinic’s administration, including organising bookings, follow up appointments and patient aftercare. Her past experience and knowledge of both treatments and products means that she can provide excellent advice to new and existing patients as well as a warm smile and a wicked cup of coffee!
Emma thrives on the customer service element of her role. “Making new patients feel welcome and comfortable if they are a little nervous about their treatment is a really rewarding part of my job” she says.
One of her favourite treatments is chemicals peels because of the amazing results that she has seen them deliver for many patients. Her ambition is to do all she can to help Illuminate grow by delivering excellent patient care and service.
Outside of work, Emma spends lots of time walking Herbie, her Shitsu dog. She also loves socialising and going to the movies.
