Aqualyx
Aqualyx is a gel-based aqueous solution that dissolves localised areas of fat in the body. The Aqualyx gel is injected into the area of fat to be treated and contains a substance called deoxycholic acid, which is found in bile salts in the human body. This liquefies the fat cells that are being targeted, destroying them, and releasing their fatty contents that are then disposed of naturally by the body.
This product is particularly effective in treating smaller areas of stubborn fat that may be difficult to remove by other means. This includes fat on or around the knees and thighs, below the buttocks or on the chin, hips, stomach and back.
