HArmonyCa offers a combination of instant volumisation and longer-term lift, thanks to the dual action of HA and CaHA. It’s ideal for patients who want visible skin tightening along the jawline or lower face, especially where skin laxity is starting to develop.

Profhilo Structura focuses more on restoring deflated superficial fat pads. It’s better suited for earlier signs of volume loss, such as skin that feels thinner, less resilient, or more hollowed in areas like the cheeks and lower face.

Another practical difference is where and how the products are placed. HArmonyCa tends to be used slightly more superficially, targeting skin laxity and collagen stimulation in the subcutaneous layer. Structura is injected deeper to reach the superficial fat pads.
