Illuminate win ‘Best Clinic South’ at The 2019 Aesthetic Awards

We are absolutely thrilled to have won the prestigious Profhilo Award for Best Clinic South England at this year’s 2019 Aesthetic Awards! These awards are the aesthetic industry’s equivalent of the Oscars and winners were announced at a star-studded black tie dinner at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel in London on Saturday evening (December 7th).

Competition for this award was extremely strong, with a number of other leading UK clinics also selected as finalists, so we are particularly proud to have been selected by the judges as winners in this category. The award recognises commitment to excellence in customer service, patient care and patient safety and the highest quality feedback from patients themselves.

Dr Sophie Shotter commented: “I am so delighted that we have won this award, especially when the competition was of such a high standard. The Illuminate team were all present at the awards ceremony, with Dr Sophie Shotter also nominated as a finalist for the John Bannon Award for Medical Practitioner of the Year award and the Illuminate team nominated as finalists in the Clinic Reception Team of the Year category.
