A acne cure that will leave you surprised!
When we suffer with blemishes most of us visit a top dermatologist or spend £100’s worth of cosmetics. This definitely works.. for a while, but within weeks it flares up again, as if the root cause was still there, bubbling away under the surface. We then point the blame at stress/hormones, which is not always the case.
Ever thought of writing a food diary? An intolerance can cause skin and sinus problems. Eureka!
Let’s all try cutting out our daily lattes, skip our weekly Ben & Jerry’s fix and switch to soya milk when we crave a tea or coffee. When I had trailed this myself I haven’t 100% cut out dairy, but in just under a month, my skin has dramatically improved, and dare I say it, nearly cleared up completely.
Now, that’s not to say dairy is the cause of everyone’s adult acne, but it is worth investigating if you keep hitting brick walls when it comes to diagnosing the cause of your skin issue. Food intolerances cause inflammation in the gut, the gut contributes to 70% of our immune system, and when it is compromised, a whole host of symptoms can present themselves, including acne.
Dairy is a common trigger, apparently, as many people have difficulty digesting it. Soya and almond milk is a better alternative.
