…to our new website! When I was thinking about building a new website I thought about what I felt was lacking on the internet at the moment. There are a lot of websites out there that give consumers generalised information, but none that can help you as an individual decide what might be relevant to you.

This is really obvious to me in my consultations with patients as well. I see a lot of people coming in asking me for 3 areas of Botox without really understanding what it does and whether it is the right treatment for them – it’s just the only one they’ve heard of. During these consultations I often spend a lot of time explaining this to my patients and telling them why I think something different might be better for them, or telling them why I don’t think Botox will deliver the results they are looking for. It becomes quite a difficult task at this point in a patient’s journey, since they’ve often spent quite a lot of time thinking about it before coming to see me.
